The short version: this site collects as little data as possible. No accounts, no ad trackers, no data selling. Details below.

Game progress

The progress you log on the map and tracker is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device. We cannot see it and it is not sent to any server. If you clear your browser data, progress is lost: to move it to another device use the sync code or the QR in the tracker.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, the email address you provide is used only to send you site updates. Delivery is handled by an external provider acting as data processor; subscribing requires confirmation (double opt-in) and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Your address is never sold or shared with third parties for other purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. If traffic analytics are introduced in the future, they will be aggregate and privacy-respecting, and this page will be updated first.
