The Deviant is the loudest muscle car in Wyman’s collection: Rockstar describes it as a muscle car wrapped in a red, white and blue stars-and-stripes livery, with no name. The name is readable on the flank all the same, in script, in the official Ultimate Edition screenshot.
The emblem is the only clue to the manufacturer, and it carries no letters. Anyone calling it the Schyster Deviant is completing the name from the GTA Online catalogue, where a Deviant really exists: a reasonable reading, not a fact from the game, and the manufacturer stays blank here.
The stars-and-stripes livery is the one shown in the screenshot, but it may not be the only one: the commission promises cars restored to their former glory, and the restoration could change how they look. The other two cars with a readable name in the collection are the Sirius and the Riata; the full picture is in the list of confirmed vehicles.
