Flash FM is GTA 6’s pop station, and the only in-game radio name returning from an earlier game. In the October 8, 2026 Newswire Rockstar calls it “the Vice City institution” that delivers the best in pop, “guaranteed to make you dance no matter where you find yourself in the Goodtime State”.

From Vice City to Vice City

In GTA: Vice City (2002) Flash FM was the ’80s pop station, contemporary to the game’s setting, and it returned in Vice City Stories (2006). In GTA 6 the formula stays and the era changes: it is today’s pop, for a present-day Vice City. The same name links the two cities more than twenty years apart.

Flash FM should not be confused with the official album: Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album collects 34 original songs written for the game, while the stations mostly play licensed music. The other five announced stations are in our news on GTA 6’s radio stations.
