The Mustang .357 is the revolver held by the woman in the biker couple in one of the official Ambrosia screenshots: she leans on his shoulder, her hand with a rose tattoo on the grip. In the downsized version that circulates online the gun is just a blued revolver; in the 4K original on the media page the name is readable.
The name follows the series’ rule: an invented model with the calibre spelled out, as in real life. The manufacturer, however, is missing. Anyone calling it the Duke Mustang credits the emblem to Duke, the brand on the Duke 556 rifle in the Extended Look: possible, but the word Duke is not written on the revolver.
Along with the Capo pistol, it is one of the weapons whose name you can only read by zooming into the official screenshots. The full picture is on the GTA 6 weapons page.
The Capo is Raul Bautista's pistol in GTA 6: a two-tone semi-automatic with a red-dot sight, its name engraved on the slide in the official screenshot.
The Duke 556 is GTA 6's assault rifle with an official name: it shows up in the pickup prompt during the raid on the Megamundo tower in the Extended Look.
